EX-WIFE OF PSYCHOPATH WHO WAS RAPED 900 TIMES BY HER EX-HUSBAND
Brutality and women abuse is a major concern in every society……Imagine
your partner was a rapist who slept with you, whether you were in the mood or
not and if you don’t agree, you were surely going to be beaten mercilessly or
instead electrocution took its position in inflicting serious pain.
This was the case of Kathleen Mcmurchie who faced 6years of
torture, pain and trauma in her marriage with her ex-husband Brain McTaggart,
who has been found guilty of sexual and physical Abuse against 18 victims Last month,
Reports gathered stated that he has been abusing teenagers and women for up to
21 years.
According to Kathleen, who at first preferred to be anonymous
said “it is sheer luck that he didn’t kill me or someone else, He is a psychopath”…..The
major question asked by people as been…….Why did you marry a psychopath? Well,
as any other innocent lady, when she met him, she found him funny and friendly and
then after 1 year of dating and 3 moths pregnancy, they decided to tie the
wedding knots- Daily Reports.com
After marrying him, she thought she was happy and safe until
a day came when he asked her to bring a cup of tea for him, and then she made a
dangerous decision by not answering him, thereafter he raped her and beat the
hell out of her, this abuse continued seriously to the extent of him raping her
at least 2times a week which also included seriously beatings, slapping, floggings
etc.
When she was 7 month’s pregnant, her ex-husband {Brain} went
to the bathroom where she was taking her bath and plugged a hairdryer to an
extension, which he dropped on the water-logged bathroom with the main aim of electrocuting
her, she had to run out of bathroom and in her effort of running, she fell down
on the floor, this incident almost killed her unborn child.
Kathleen couldn’t voice out complains to neighbors and the
police because after her marriage to Brain, she was locked on the topmost floor
of a 4 storey building, restricting her movement to the outside world and since
most abusers are cowards , she would be forced to sleep at the door of the
house, incase burglars or robbers came to pay the house a visit. There were
times she had the opportunity of locking him outside the house but this
backfired because he could set a particular place on fire, forcing she and her
children to open the door and the next thing that followed was raping, beatings
etc….
When she found opportunity to tell the police and neighbors,
they offered no reasonable help to her situation, but after 6 years of
suffering and turmoil, justice took its right course and he was arrested……..even after his
arrest she was scared he would escape punishment and come to revenge on her.
TEE’S THOUGHTS
Firstly, this is a sign of extreme brutality and disrespect
on a fellow human being, not even an ordinary fellow human being, a woman who
is tender….{well In a way….lol},those who are engaged in this act should stop
it, because it adds no value in any way to a person.
Secondly, I’ll blame this a little on Kathleen, you seeing a
guy, gentle or friendly at first doesn’t mean he’s like that all the time. Take
time to analyze the person you want to marry, don’t rush into marriage, so you
won’t rush out.
Lastly, Try as much as possible to report any act like this
going on in your communities to the appropraite authorities, don’t say it isn’t your
problem. Making the world safe starts from YOU
